Several different technique and steps involve in the manufactured sand making solution, including quarrying, crushing, screening, washing, drying and separation etc. According to final sand products application, some of steps are optional.
Sand washing equipment is also called sand washer or sand cleaning equipment, which is used to get rid of the dust and impurity in sand. It can handle various kinds of materials including the required gravel in building-site, gravel factories, hydropower station and concrete dam site, post and electric pole factory, casting-70 sand, glass factory’s quartz sand and refilling pressure sand. It is broadly applied for cleaning materials in the following industries: quarry, minerals, building materials, transportation, chemical industry, water conservancy and hydropower, cement mixture station and so on.
The sand rotary dryer is designed for dry granular materials such as foundry sand, minerals and ores. The dryer consists of a cylindrical shell fitted with two machined steel tyres rotated horizontally on four thrust rollers, with a stationary combustion chamber at one end and a feeding arrangement at the other. The shell is slightly inclined towards the combustion chamber to generate counter-currents from the products of combustion.
