- Calcite are transported into hopper by truck, and then lifted into storage silo of main machine by bucket elevator.
- Calcite comes from hopper and feed into main mill uniformly by vibrating feeder, then goes into pipes.
- In the grinding process, qualified final product after screening system will go into powder collector by pipes, and then go out from outlet. Unqualified product will go back to main mill and regrind until it is qualified.
- The air flow after purification will go into fan from pipes that up the bag filter, the wind is circular, all other pipes airflow is flow in negative pressure except the pipe from fan to main mill.
The common calcite powder grinding mill are ball mill, Raymond mill and vertical roller mill.
The ball mill is very made for producing fine calcite powder. The last product size ranges from 325 meshes to 2500 meshes, and the processing capacity from 325 kg/h to 2500 kg/h.
Raymond mill can process calcite materials input size ranging from 20mm to 30mm, and also the final grain size differs from 1.6 mm to 0.045mm. Its processing capacity can reach as huge as 11t/h.
